A guide takes one situation and follows it through: a buyer in a Clackamas city trying to find an electrical permit the county holds, a seller working out what the 2025 disclosure change did and did not remove, an agent deciding whether a sewer scope is worth ordering on a 1962 house.
They are written from the same records as the rest of the site, so a figure in a guide carries the source and date it carries anywhere else. Short questions are answered on the FAQ instead.
